Katrina Final


Katrina is a Partner in the firm and sits in the Private Client department. She has extensive experience in a variety of private client, probate and trust matters, including pre-death estate planning, creating and advising on trusts including acting as a trustee to family trusts, drafting Wills and handling straightforward and more complex probate and estate cases. Katrina also specialises in elderly client issues, including applications to the Court of Protection and she regularly acts as attorney and deputy for clients. 


After obtaining a joint-honours degree in Chemistry and Law from Exeter University, Katrina worked in litigation as a paralegal whilst studying for the Law Conversion course. She studied at the College of Law, Guildford prior to her final training before qualifying as a solicitor in 1995. Since then she has specialised in Private Client work.

Katrina has worked in well-regarded Legal 500 commercial private client practices both in the City and the West End prior to her joining PWW in April 2018. This has enabled her to develop a broad range of knowledge and expertise in her chosen field. 


Katrina is a member of the Private Client Section of the Law Society and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). 


On a personal note

Katrina has a busy family life with two teenage children. She is a committee member for a local charity.
