Dispute Resolution and Employment Department
Locum Position
We are seeking a locum lawyer (employment and civil litigation) with 4/5 years pqe although candidates with relevant experience outside this will be considered.
You will have experience in working a varied caseload in the following areas of law:
• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant claims;
• Trespass claims;
• Property disputes;
• Company and commercial law including partnerships’ disputes;
• Employment contentious and non-contentious work; and
• Charity disputes.
As a firm a large proportion of our client base are charities and previous experience in advising charities would be preferable. A candidates’ willingness to carry out their own advocacy would also be desirable.
