Timothy is the Partnership Chairman. For most of his career, Timothy has advised businesses, charities and Church groupings on general commercial, trust and property issues.

Career

Having graduated in law from Bristol University, Timothy was articled at Pothecary & Barratt (qualifying in 1974) before joining a small Holborn firm in which his late father was then a partner. That firm joined with Pothecary & Barratt in 1989.

Personal

Timothy is a trustee of Scripture Union and Seafarers UK (King George's Fund for Sailors) as well as a number of smaller grant-making charity trusts. He is married (to Linda - also a solicitor) and has 2 grown up sons. He is on the PCC of his local church and has recently become a season ticket holder at Watford Football Club.
