Joanne Lawrence-Hall specialises in Family Law, handling all aspects of private law matters, including divorce, nullity, financial applications and applications involving children. As part of the Family Law service, Joanne is also responsible for Inheritance Act claims and disputed probate.
In addition to her Family Law practice, Joanne also specialises in Employment Law, handling contentious and non-contentious issues, predominantly on behalf of employer clients, but also on behalf of employees.
Career
Joanne trained at Pothecary & Barratt in the City of London. After qualifying, Joanne worked in the Litigation Department, initially handling a range of matters. Over time, she built up the matrimonial practice in the City office.
Personal
Joanne is a member of Resolution, the Association for Family Law Solicitors, The Employment Lawyers Association and The City of London Law Society. She is also a Trustee of the Talbot House Trust.
