Dominic works in the Private Client Department. His areas of work include advising private clients on wills, tax and trusts as well as dealing with probate matters and the administration of estates. He also deals with Court of Protection matters, such as deputyship applications and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Career
Graduated from the University of St Andrews with a Masters degree in Theology and Church History (Hons) in 1999 and since then has enjoyed dealing primarily with the drafting of wills, administration of estates and court of protection matters in several established practices within Kent, more recently in Tunbridge Wells before joining the firm in 2006.
Involved with will-drafting initiatives which have raised funds for charity including Will Aid and Demelza House Childrens' Hospice.
With an affiliation for the elderly, is an associate member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
Student member of the Institute of Legal Executives
Holds the CLT Certificate in Wills, Estate planning and Probate and a College of Law certificate in probate.
