Areas of Work

Caroline deals with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, including acting for buyers and sellers of Freehold and Leasehold properties, shared ownership purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. Having been born and raised in Bishop’s Stortford, she has an invaluable knowledge of the local area, which assists her when dealing with all local property transactions.

Career

Caroline studied Law at the University of Central Lancashire, where she received the Graduates Association Prize for Outstanding Academic Performance. She qualified in 2005, having completed her Training Contract with a local Bishop’s Stortford firm. Upon qualification, she moved to a Saffron Walden firm, where she headed the regional Residential Property Department. Caroline joined Pothecary Witham Weld in March 2007.

Personal

Outside of work, Caroline is a keen traveller and enjoys the theatre. She also and takes Latin and Ballroom dance classes.
