Areas of Work

Ajmal has spent most of his career undertaking all aspects of Commercial Property work having specialised in bank security work, options, freehold sales and purchases, acting for investors and small pension schemes, commercial lease assignments, matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and restaurant licensing. He has also undertaken some civil litigation work for selected clients mainly within the sphere of commercial property work.

Career

Ajmal obtained an LLB (Hon) in English and European Law from the University of London and went on to complete his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, also in London. He trained with a small firm in London, qualifying in 2000. In his quest for valuable experience, Ajmal moved to North Kent and then Reading in the Thames Valley, where he acquired most of his experience in Commercial Property work. He recently spent 3 years as the Commercial Partner with a Firm in London and decided to return to employed work, to focus and specialise on his chosen areas of expertise.

Personal

Outside of work, Ajmal is kept busy by his five year old son who is proving to be a source of knowledge, of all things non commercial property related!
