Dispute Resolution and Litigation

Headed by Jerry Hawthorne (Partner), this department deals with dispute resolution, litigation and contentious business. The highly specialised fields of employment law, matrimonial and education law are dealt with by this department.

Property

Headed by Patrick Herschan (Partner), this department deals with commercial and residential property matters, including conveyancing.

Private Client

Headed by Angela Lever (Partner), this department deals with all private client matters including wills and estate planning, trust and tax matters, probates, enduring powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.

Business

Headed by Richard Fowler (Partner), this department deals with the sale and purchase of businesses and companies and advises businesses, charities and Church groupings on general commercial and trust issues.

Church and Charities

Headed by Gerald Kidd (Partner), this department advises a wide range of charities, with particular expertise in the field of religious organisations, on matters including drafting and amendment of governing documents, dealings with the Charity Commission and other official bodies, trustees' powers, fundraising and trading legacy matters.
